Udo is leading the Development team for the Porsche 911 in Renningen. His targets are to migrate the splitted teams in Wolfsburg,Renningen and Sibiu into one organisational team. This Step was done in Oct. 2017. Another high level target is the improvement of outgoing quality of the product, since after four lots of prototypes the product was still very fragile and instable in all ways. He has to implement communication channel between customer, Development Renningen, and production plant in Timisoara.

Udo is currently leading his team and coordinates the ongoing facelift for customer Porsche. He coordinated the R&D Team located in Weissach and Jelenia Gora. Actively re-constructed and coordinated the latest Milestones for upgrades of Hard- and Software. Coordinated the realisation of Milestones with OEM Porsche and Supplier. Serviced the tier one project Macan with customer Porsche. Provided support, solutions and developments for this newly developed product.
