- Helped attract 12 technology / R&D teams to Lithuania, including: Trustpilot, InstaReM, DeVere, Harbortouch, and Carggo. - Organized and hosted 3 fintech roadshow events in London, Tel Aviv, and Singapore (total of 300 targetted attendees attracted). - Initiated (and helped engineer) a tool that automates part of the outbound sales process; introduced the team to other existing automation tools on the market, including: Yesware and various screen scrapers.

Raised in excess of £800,000 of equity for various real estate development projects from 6 private retail investors. Maintained relationships with 35 existing investors; pitched from the stage at 11 events; got 22 investor leads from email marketing.

- Architected and developed a scalable backend rendering platform for COLORWAY product, using Amazon AWS cloud. - Developed a REST API endpoint for rendering and retrieving images on-demand. - Learned and used technologies: PHP Symfony2, Python, DynamoDB, S3, Redis, CentOS, Git, PHPUnit, Behat, ReactPHP, ZeroMQ.

- Led the product discovery process; architected software and led an agile software development team of 3 people. - Grew the business from 0 to 40 customers; maintained key customer relationships. - Raised EUR 25,000 pre-seed funding from Startup Highway accelerator and from a private investor. - Architected and developed an automated forum registration, posting, and monitoring software (using C# .NET, PHP Zend).

- Advised banks and pharmaceutical companies on transfer pricing policy, audited insurance companies.
