Accountability for the Lubricants Business in Australia with 200 staff, incl. production and logistics assets. Position has been transferred to Viva Energy due to the sale of Shell's Downstream Assets in Australia in 2014.

Leading Shell's largest lubricants blending facility globally with accountability for >300 FTE and >40 M$ OPEX budget.

Defined and influenced the corporate strategy of Shell’s Global Lubricant business - Managed projects to restructure the global marketing- and sales organizations as well as supply chain (impacting >30 countries and >50 plants). - Defining business divestments impacting 50 – 200 M$ turnover. - Successfully led country- and strategy reviews in Europe, China and South Korea.

Successfully led a team of 8 key account managers for Germany, Austria and Switzerland in the Automotive lubricants sector (20 M$ proceeds, 2 M$ budget. - Gaining market leadership by expanding share from 11% to 21% while increasing margin by 50%.

- Leveraged all marketing instruments, such as promotion, pricing, prospecting new strategic customers, POS for the Automotive Aftermarket in Germany and contributing to >25% business growth. - Developed leading marketing CVPs and coached sales teams for their successful delivery. - Share responsibility for 15 M$ proceeds; manage 1 M$ SP&A budget.

- Delivered a sales restructuring project and achieved cost savings of >3 M$ in one year.
