I have been responsible for the general co-planning of the Company's activities same as for the events' co-creation and management as such. Moreover we have established another branch of our activities, which became the one for business-enabling and partly consulting. A number of projects has been initiated and handled by me and within those and other processes I was responsible for marketing activities as well as for the effective customers' acquisition.

I was responsible for all the external activities of the Company. My activities included strategic planning with respect to the Company's profile and product range. My duty was also to initiate and manage all the negotiations with the external partners, as well as contracting and controlling the contract items' fulfillment. In addition to this I worked on the Company's visibility within the local and international events.
