• Manage, track and monitor the international development team (UK, Italy and Germany) to develop Radar and Camera features (ACC, LKA and AEB) • Interface between customer (Italy) and development team (UK and Germany) ensuring the up to date implementation • Monitor/tracking and reporting status to the high management • Follow up and align tasks of: Hardware, Mechanic, System, Test, and Purchase • Responsible for budget of the projects

• Manage, track and monitor the international development team (Egypt and Germany) • Interface between customer (Germany, Korea and Japan) and development team (Egypt and Germany) ensuring the up to date implementation • Monitor/tracking and reporting status to the line management • Monitor and tracking the Test validation (EMC, Environmental, Vehicle, etc) • Follow up and align tasks of: Hardware, Mechanic, System, Test, Suppliers, Purchase and Production sites (Germany, China and Czech Republic)

• Manage, track and monitor the international development team (Brazil, Mexico, USA, India and Romania) • Interface between customer (Brazil, Mexico, USA and Germany) and development team (Brazil, Mexico and USA) ensuring the up to date implementation • Experience in CMMi and A-SPICE automotive assessments • Experience in HMI concept development design for entry level instrument panel cluster

• Manage, track and monitor the international development team (Brazil and Romania) • Interface between customer (Brazil) and development team (Romania) • Monitor/tracking and reporting status to the line management • Monitor and tracking the SW System Test validation (Romania) • Experience in CMMi and A-SPICE automotive assessments
