Development of automatic, high-throughput data analysis pipelines and visualization methods as web services. Specification and administration of a storage and computation cluster for the group.

Analysis and statistical counseling in stable isotope labeling proteomics experiments in the team of Dr. Jyoti Choudhary. Evaluation and optimization of dimethyl labeling data analysis pipelines.

Master thesis on the "Bioinformatic and Mass Spectrometric Analysis of the Cell Surface Proteome" in the group of Prof. Bernd Wollscheid. Successful first application of my interdisciplinary studies in an inspiring, international environment.

Working along my studies in the group of Prof. Wolfgang Schreiner (Core Unit for Medical Statistics and Informatics) on Molecular Dynamics simulations of MHC and TCR molecules, employing highly parallelized algorithms and grid infrastructure.
