TAMs = technical contact for large Enterprise Customers who need direct Support. Responsible to lead this team, partly budget control, planning of education, driving the direction of the team in dependency of local, EMEA and Global structures. EMEA Core Team is responsible for Level III Support for our Premium Support Customers within EMEA. After being promoted to Manager of the Team the responsibilities are extended for: global team working, Balance Score Card, Planning of positioning the team the next year, Headcount planning, education planning etc
