Active monitoring of Vodafone Mobile, Fixed, Cable, Online, VAS and IT Services. Operations and Management of Vodafone associated Systems, and Technologies using service and Fault management Systems. Working on complex and critical system malfunctions. Pre-active and Reactive problem solving for Vodafone Mobile, Fixed and Cable services. Working on technical mobile issues like, Handover, 2G,3G,4G outages, and customer service outages.

• 24x7 Operational support of HFC network management and performance platforms. • 3rd line technical support to ensure the timely resolution of complex HFC network performance issues • Proactively working with and providing engineering support to other Network and Service departments and Fault Management Centre’s, to assist in resolving any unusual or complex DTV, data or digital voice issues

• Radio Frequency Parameter Planning (2G/3G/4G), • Fault escalation within SLA and Coordination with other department (CS, RNO, EPC, GRPS, RAN, FM) during the outage, • Creation of Trouble Ticket and Work order to related teams within defined SLA. • Coordination with Radio Network Optimization & NOC teams for correctly parameterising radio resources and neighboring cells/sectors. • Coordinating daily Swaps (Siemens/Ericsson), Ericsson RBS Swaps, • New Sites Integration (BTS/NodeB/eNodeB).

Master Thesis at Sony Deutschland GmbH. I am doing my Master Thesis at the European Technology center of Sony Germany. I worked in the Computational Imaging group and the project was about illumination estimation without using reference measurements and auto white balancing. Matlab and C++ were the programming language used during the project.

▪ Internship at Telefonica Germany. I worked in the Service Technology department with the Customer Readiness Testing team. My task was to optimize customer benefit products using quality assurance measures in software development projects called Customer Readiness Tests.

▪ Student job at Sony Deutschland GmbH. I worked in the Optics department of European Tech Centre at Sony Stuttgart. I worked on the project LaCAC (Lateral Chromatic Aberration correction). Implementation of the optimal algorithm for chromatic aberration removal and its optimization.

Student job at Fraunhofer Institute of Manufacturing and Production Engineering (IPA). I worked on the project Thermography. Fourier analysis of the live stream images obtained from IR camera.

▪ Internship at Alcatel Lucent Pakistan. I worked as a Field Engineer in the Murree Region where Vital Engineering Services was working as a Sub Contractor of Alcatel Lucent. My duties included maintenance of BTS sites. I also had to install the BTS sites at various locations.

▪ Internship at China Mobile Pakistan (Zong Cellular Company also operating in China). I worked there as an Operation and Maintenance Engineer. My responsibilities included Core Alarm monitoring and Escalation to NSS team. Nation Wide Customer complaints handling was also my responsibility.
