Thesis: Using Inverse Lyndon factorization for computing Suffix Array. I investigated on the advantages of using the Canonical Inverse Lyndon Factorization (ICFL) for computing Suffix Arrays of genomic strings. Proposed (and demonstrated) a SACA algorithm (written in Rust) called PT-SACA, defining a novel data structure called Prefix Tree. Thesis topics: Combinatorics, Computational genomics, Data structures for bioinformatics. During the first three years I studied while working in Hirooks.
