Monitored the raw and cots material market trends to improve stock holding costs and avoid inflation/price fluctuations. Implemented the SRM portal on SAP to reduce the procurement cycle time and move towards paperless procurement. Assisted in the modernization of national and NATO classified military systems as a strategic buyer.

Conducted market analysis to broaden the supply chain, shortening lead times, and ensuring uninterrupted production. Involved in mechanical design for minimizing engineering changes during production.

A team of 45 blue-collar employees in a dishwasher plant were guided to implement Poke-Yoke principles with lean manufacturing for reduction in waste materials and increase in overall productivity. The Production Control Plan was improved by introducing lean management and KAIZEN principles for improvement in overall production output.

Implemented the IFS ERP system for streamlined operations and reduction in email/paper usage through automated workflows and real-time data insights. Orchestrated updates throughout the project lifecycle for reduction in data inconsistencies and boosted efficiency. Lead software integration between SolidWorks E-PDM and IFS ERP to reduce manual data entry.
