• Critical Path Schedule (CPS) tracking, remnant avoidance process, phase in phase out planning, • Service Level Agreements (SLA) with all key markets and suppliers, • Capacity Planning for 18 months horizon in line with the defined policies based on the total demand

• Own process reliability system in the department. Validate process & midrange targets for the latest speed, establish periodical midrange/process control system and ensure continuous data tracking. • Lead all line speed up and design upgrade projects within the department, • Autonomous Maintenance, Quality Maintenance, Focus Improvement Program Leadership as a part of IWS (Integrated Working Systems) concept,
