I am responsible for all financial affairs of the group companies (accounting, finance, budget and reporting processes) and I have full authority for all these affairs. I am reporting to the Chairman of the BoD.

I was responsible for all financial affairs of the company (accounting, finance, budget and reporting processes) and I have full authority for all these affairs. I have sign authority for $100.000. I was responsible for the IFRS audit. I was reporting to the Chairman of the BoD.

I started to work as a “Budget & Finance Specialist”. I promoted to the “Financial controller”. Then, I became “Budget & Reporting Supervisor”. I was responsible for IFRS & Management reporting of Global Ports Holding (Global Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş.), which had 4 ports (Kuşadası, Bodrum, Antalya, İzmir) in Turkey. I reported to BoD & CEO & CFO and General Manager of Ports, directly.

*Monthly preparation of financial reports • Preparation of quarterly cash flow projections, • Budget and actual analysis of the expenses and the company performance • To support the implementation and utilization of tools for budgeting and updating the information in the budget database • To prepare the data for the analysis of inconsistencies/deviations of actual data versus the plan using standard budget metrics/financial indexes.
