Production supervisor - Tyre building department * Tyre Building Machine manning based on manpower, Tread and side wall availability * Ensure the availability of raw materials required for continuous production of green tyres * Coordinate with the internal customer for the correction and future prevention of customer complaints. * Generate shift wise production reports and analysis of tonnage loss.

 Develop weekly planning schedules to meet production targets for the company's flagship, wind turbine blades  Derive monthly plan and analysis of slippages  Continuous monitoring of BOM material consumption and validating BOM on quarterly basis  Generate Material coverage report on Daily basis to ensure timely procurement of BOM Materials  Ensure that materials are issued against production orders physically and also in SAP system at various stages of operations as per the stipulated BOM
