− Completely lead for the whole packaging area (32 Mio packs, 30 brands, 65 dosage strenghts, ~1‘600 SKU´s ) including low performer mgt, absence mgt, recruiting of ∼ 100 employees in 2011 − PU-Lead by internal and external audits (e.g. FDA, Korea, Brasil, .....) − PU-Lead for business continuity − Member of Novartis Emergency Management-Organisation, Site Stein as Action Manager − Launches as business owner

− Responsible for inhalation area, encapsulation, (galenic+packaging) − PU-Head ad interim for 6 months (incl. successful budget preparation 2011) − Lead of LEAN-Project Femara incl Silver certification − PU-Lead for organizational projects (Change Agent, empowerment, next teams) * SETUP of a significant Supply-Cockpit designed for the whole supply chain. Thereby for the first time was a steering tool available with the possibility for an outlook into the future on potential production bottlenecks.
