I led projects from initiation to handover (equivalent to LP1-LP9). Responsibilities included architectural design, construction drawings, team management, budgeting, scheduling, vendor negotiations, and site supervision. Ensured compliance with deadlines, design, and quality standards. Managed as-built plans, warranty documentation, and coordination with real estate agents and end users.

I was responsible for the architectural design, preparation of the technical documentation, and coordination with the engineers. Throughout the development of these projects, we emphasized the creation of adequate public spaces, tree planting, and prioritizing pedestrian-friendly environments (equivalent to LP2-LP5).

I worked in the positions of After Sales Architect (equivalent to LP9), Quality Architect (equivalent to LP8-LP9), and Production Architect (equivalent to LP6-LP9) on eco-friendly housing projects, which aimed to reduce energy and water consumption during use. My Tasks involved teamwork, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, construction supervision, and the preparation of work schedules, briefings, and multidisciplinary meetings.
