Urszula Korczak

I am a psychotherapist in training at the Gestalt Institute accredited by EAGT (European Association of Gestalt Therapy) and EAT (European Association for Psychotherapy). I support my clients in developing and broadening their self-awareness allowing to overcome existing roadblocks. Working in multicultural environment I gained respect to one’s being different from another. Each human being is unique with it’s skills, talents and experiences determining context of challenges they may face.

As relation is in the center of my work, my role used to be called RELATIONS' MANAGER. Not only results and trends count in the business, but also human factor and personal relation between us allowing for better understanding. I fly to visit my customers, learn about their business culture, environment and priorities. My main goal is to ensure fluent cooperation between premium customers and the Cisco service people. While alerted, I form a team of professionals ready to restore the missing functionality.

Gestalt Therapy helps to stop in 'here and now' so that we can make space and understand our emotions and signals from our body. Within a safe relation you discover your roadblocks and any patterns that once helpful, may hinder you now. This self-awareness is a stable foundation that allows to stay close to your needs as an inner compass. Self-awareness allows to navigate as we recognize what we miss or are overwhelmed by and make the right choices that bring peace and balance in our life.
