Responsible for the entire team reaching their annual sales targets as well as personally working with television clients from broadcasters to independent producers. Developing new areas of business and acquisition of new clients. Looking after advertising clients and corporate magazines but will always be on hand for any image request that comes in.

Responsible for the main marketing at the head office in Berlin coordinating with my colleagues in London and Paris on strategies. Devising customer giveaways, social media profile for the Berlin office, newsletters to customers and partner agencies. Attending international conferences in Europe and the US. Looking after photographers' archives, selecting images for immediate cataloguing and scanning as well as making sure that all images are properly archived and accessible.

Responsibilities included the running of the entire office, managing seven full-time and four part-time staff. Ensuring the brand of the picture library was strengthened through attendance at trade shows in our distribution area, including the US and Australia.

Picture researcher at akg-images where clients included publishers, advertisers, authors and TV producers. The archive content is centred on fine art and history. Responsible for fulfilling image requests from a variety of editorial and non-editorial clients. My favourite part of the job was researching book covers (it still is today!) with a brief from the editors.
