Leading the Installation Completion checks, SAT Walkdowns, Mechanical Completion Walkdowns, System take-over from Construction to C&Q, Mark-up and Coordination of Water loops for the first run, etc. Building up the LOTO system for NNE’s growing C&Q Department, leading all C&Q LOTO plans and implementations, ensure compliance to the Site Commissioning Safety Procedures.

Execute commissioning activities of Gas Turbine, BOP (Balance of Plant), Water Treatment Plant, Cooling System, HRSG, Steam Turbine and Siemens T3000 Control System. Lead a team of commissioning engineers during the commissioning phase of CCPP. Responsible for performing combined cycle power plant operations such as start-up and shutdown with Natural Gas and Liquid Fuel, initial operation, performance testing for client acceptance and turnover packages, according to Siemens AG quality standards.

Participation to PSM (Plant Status Management) related meetings (daily/weekly). Following up 3 Day Look Ahead program for all tasks on site. Briefing MCR of the linked activities in the schedule sequence to gain customer shift awareness of the priorities. Coach and develop the skills of others, create an environment of safety, empowerment and trust in a diverse team. Review and/or redact project PTW procedures

Technical clarification of work orders / Permits to test and creation and validation of blockings / simulations. Preparation of Master Blockings for Outages. Define draining, filling, venting, requalification of systems. Modification of Executed Blockings based on Plant’s current status. Oversee In-field operator teams for establishing safe work conditions (equipment alignment, depressurizing, de- energising, locking and tagging). Prepare Permit to Work documentation and ensure strict compliance.

IPP Ramat Gavriel (1x Siemens SGT-800 + 1 x Siemens SST-300 – Power Output 70 MW) Execute commissioning activities of Gas Turbine, BOP, Water Treatment Plant, Cooling System,Chillers, HRSG, Steam Turbine and Siemens SPPA-T3000 Control System. Responsible for performing combined cycle power plant operations such as start-up and shutdown with natural gas and diesel, initial operation, performance testing for client acceptance and turnover packages, according to Siemens AG quality standards.

227 MW Co-Generation PP Commissioning of 227 MW CCPP, Systems commissioned: Compressed Air, Firefighting, Demineralized Water, Closed Cooling Water, Lube Oil and Seal Oil systems which consist of variety of pumps, filters and valves.

Consultancy during preparation of BADES Energy 200 MW 'TAHA CCPP' Due Diligence Report. Site visits to TAHA CCPP in Mardin which has been removed from Shotton/UK, Analyse technical problems and incomplete systems. Propose improvement ways in order to put the plant in service. Prepare a Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Plan for overall equipment (GTs, HRSGs, ST and Aux) and Staff requirements for the investor.

Systems commissioned: Closed Cooling system, Lube oil System, Seal Oil System, HRSG, BOP (Compressed Air, Fire protection, Condensate system.) Oversee commissioning activities, prepare the plant for the daily commissioning tests, ensure daily plant inspection, customize plant operating instructions and develop site specific operating instructions (BOP). Ensure plant operation: shaft-line and BOP systems by MARK VIe DCS. Review, redact plant operation procedures, follow-up of daily operation.
