 Creating 3D models using PDMS and E3D software based on P&ID or point cloud outputs from laser scans.  Creating isometric, piping plan, MTO, support list and hand Isometric.  Collaborating with the stress analysis team to implement 3D model in Caesar II software.  Reviewing vendor’s document.  Reviewing and checking other discipline’s document as internal distribution  Attending in several meetings with client and visiting site to make best decision for generating of piping documents

 Creating 3D models using PDMS and E3D software based on P&ID,PMS  Preparation and checking of Unit Plot Plan, Key Plan, Piping Plan, Pipe Rack Arrangement, Isometric Drawing and Pipe Rack Loud Calculation.  Site visiting and data gathering of brownfield plants.  Participating in plot plan design with other engineering disciplines.  Developing of plant layout and piping layout in brownfield projects.  Reviewing and verifying vendor’s document.  Participating in progressive design review meetings.

 Supervising construction contractor’s activities and answering their technical queries by referring to the 3D model and project specifications.  Coordinating and resolving engineering or construction problems with superintendents.  Support for site and project manager by preparing shortage material and work front reports.  Performing any other duties and responsibilites within the scope of duties that assigned by senior expert.

 Pipe support calculating and designing as based pipe loads  Preparing single line diagrams for pipe racks and structures wich included loads.  Specifying proper support locations and types on piping based on project Pipe Support Standard and stress jobs reports.  Prepare clip supports for equipments.  Review vendor drawings.  Preparing data sheets and MRs for special items such as spring hanger and MTO for pipe supports.  Liaising and coordinating within other departments (civil, mechanical, …)
