As corporate secretary, I report directly to the CEO, member of the Group's Leadership Team. I am in charge of the support functions: finance & controlling, marketing, corporate communication, international coordination, legal, IT and quality. On a daily basis, I am involved in defining and implementing the group strategy and governance, and acting as an intermediary between corporate HQ and the 40+ legal entities worldwide.

As project controller I provided inputs to periodic project progress and status reports to project / top management; if delays occur I devised strategies to propose remediation actions to overcome roadblocks.

As Inside sales I co-created value propositions to achieve full customer satisfaction in a complex B2B environment for Jacobs' professional and construction services in its diverse business including: building, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, biotech, refining, upstream, petrochemicals, energy - for private and public clients.
