Management of entry contracts related to internship, apprenticeship and permanent contract. Daily update of corporate database and HR data files. Establish a relationship with various institutions for the management of internships, apprentices and inclusions of disabled employees.

Drafting job descriptions, publishing job ads, screening CVs, making phone and actual interviews to candidates with different levels of career experience. Managing administrative tasks related to internship contracts (50 hires per year), daily update of corporate databases and HR data analysis. Organization and tutoring of the training courses throughout the country. Conception and development of the project “Mappatura Chef”, aimed at assessing the skills of 300 company chefs.

Conception and development of project “Segreterie Integrate”. The goal was to improve the organizational wellness at the Santa Chiara Hospital in Trento through a new job analysis for the front desk employees, organization of an effective approach to conduct their work and their participation to training courses. Clinical Area – Front office activities, check-in and patient care, physical/actual interviews, administration of psychological tests and writing report.
