- Analysis of employee productivity, which revealed different effectiveness of the same methods in different regions of Russia. - Participation in the analysis of the financial efficiency of the sales management system, thanks to which funding for its development was increased by 10%. - Development of additional metrics of system efficiency and profitability. - Thanks to my engagement analytics, groups of uninvolved users were identified and the development of gamification of the management system began.

- Building pipelines for parsing text sites from scratch and maintaining them. - I created the RDB for the scientific research from the very beginning. - With my active participation, statistical hypotheses were put forward and confirmed using statistical models. These results were later included in the final text of the research.
