Project : build up a Data Warehouse from scratch, and implement a strategy helping Key Users to get access to their data. - .NET programming on the homemade ERP System - Responsible for data consolidation, transformation and transfer to the company's head office. I have developed a self made ETL using SQL Server stored procedures for this project.

Member of the helpdesk related to Mailbox and Phone issues for the Alcatel-Lucent employees. Managing French, German and English speaking requestors. Member of the Global Messaging Project Team, responsible for the migration of 45 000 mailboxes from Lotus Notes to MS Outlook.
