• Prepare Accounting processes (AP, AR, quarterly closings) and managements reports including P&L, Balance Sheet. • Assist the implementation of structural changes in the Finance Department establishing standardized procedures and measures. • Internal audit and provide accurate and complete information to external accountants. • Elaborate monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports. • Collaborate closely with other departments (Marketing, R&D, HR...).

• Responsible of consolidated reporting, including key issues, benefits, summary of cost incurred. • Management of different parts of our supply chain and related projects independently • Establishment of standardized quoting tool and procedures and implementation of measures to improve the department. • Development of financial activities related to specific projects including the acquisition, analyses, and maintenance of financial data (SAP and ARIBA).

• Key member of the finance team. • Responsible of cash planning and treasury. • Processing of outgoing and incoming invoices (SAP) • Settlement of accounts receivable • Support in all accounting relevant topic (incl. Project controlling, intercompany accounting, etc.) • Preparation of accounting processes (AP, AR, monthly closings) and managements reports including P&L, Balance Sheet.
