Extensive research and investigation on the use of corn fiber as a product enhancement through innovative design, formulation, and as an additive to current products. Worked to scale up pilot plant production once process was validated. Repair and set up of process equipment.

Daily application for steel working (cutting, welding, torching, and painting). Review blueprints and schematics for structural steel erection. Operation and maintenance of heavy equipment (land movers, graders, loaders, skid steers, forklifts)
