Analog Circuit design of Frequency Stable oscillator in Cadence virtuoso
• The project explores the idea of Analog circuit design of a low voltage ring oscillator operating with 1.8 supply voltage using Cadence Virtuoso • Proposed frequency stability oscillator is implemented in 0.18um CMOS process • The Frequency variation, in temperature range from -20C to 120C is 10% • Comparison of its frequency range with existing oscillators for merit by simulating in various operating conditions which also outs the pros and cons of the oscillator designed.
