Focus: ICS Involved in work for prestige & global clients within the DAX40 environment.

During this position I was responsible to coordinate and organize tasks within a weekly changing team. Furthermore I was responsible to ensure quality standards & safety for guest groups (age 14 - 18) as well as negotiations & arrangements with service providers / hosts. Also I had to conduct budget planning & handle daily finances. Lastly, I was also involved in human resources tasks such as giving feedback, writing final evaluations and giving training to our new team members.

Involved in work for prestige & global clients related to audit & assurance services within the DAX environment.

Groupe PSA, now Stellantis: Contributed to problem-solving and solution-finding for suppliers, colleagues and partners. In addition, I taught myself and achieved process automation applying power query for several reporting activities such as the billing list, accounts payable/receivable summaries, payment proposal.

Working and studying within the Netherlands has helped me to learn and understand better Dutch language as well as I gained a better understanding about cultural differences while living in the Netherlands for around 5 years.

The experience taught me how to manage uncertainty and adjust myself quickly within a new environment as well as I became more cultural aware meeting people from all around the world daily. I took three jobs during my time abroad in Auckland and Franz Josef.

I did my apprenticeship for three years as an allrounder in different departments and continued 2 years working part-time. My professional training included: - Customer service - Restaurant service - Reception - Sophisticated service - F & B (order and storage management ) - Housekeeping Being flexible and working within a demanding environment has helped me to develop an eye for detail, organizational skills and communication skills.
