- To analyze business processes and activities and propose solutions and IT levers to enhance the quality of work and reduce pain points and issues facing the users - To develop, and maintain solutions that meet the internal requirements of the departments and the external specifications provided by different parties i.e. regulators, vendors, Head office, etc. - To manage full life cycle projects specially those pertaining to regulators’’ reporting

- coding and testing of various application modules - Participation in design & implementation discussions calls. - Participation in the Database design and creation of tables. - Analysis of the requirements and split up of tasks as per effort - Estimation for weekly basis deployment. - Integration of tasks for periodic releases - Analyzing the requirement and prepare effort and estimation to the client

- Perform initial and detailed research for preparing Business Requirement Document and Functional Requirement Document - Analyzing and understanding functional requirements and product specifications - design based on the specifications - Handling development, enhancement and testing - Involved in production support activities
