• Responsible for Brand development, research and web site traffic growth. Developed statistics systems to analyze and measure website traffic and growth patterns. • Architectured a complex web-application, currently the only one in India which allows clients to track a number leveraged financial instruments and is smart enough to perform a series of mathematical calculations on its own to optimize returns for an individual.

• I supervised and coordinated the work of a six member team in assigned processes and was also responsible for team productivity and performance. • I was entrusted with the responsibility to serve as the trainer for the team and mentored and trained over twenty new staff in batches by providing an in depth knowledge of all processes handled by the Team. It involved step by step introduction to various processes, designing of new training modules, and a complete performance evaluation.
