Project Management, Voice of Customer, Program launch

Individually consulted for a brand new 300 bedded hospital project in Chennai, India. Conceptualised the commercial design and provided recommendations in the form of direction setting for the Oncology unit which is scheduled to operationalise in Phase 2 of the project.

Independently performed market studies for Imaging equipment manufacturer - CURA Healthcare (India) to identify potential customers as well as channel partners within India. Assisted in due diligence for participating & obtaining a state government tender worth 1.4 million GBP. Project coordinated a Greenfield single specialty-concept hospital of High-end Fetomaternal in Chennai over a period of 6 months.

Part of the high potential client side team in ‘Project Impact’- an Operational excellence and process improvement vertical at Apollo Hospitals Group, Chennai, with McKinsey & Company as consultants. The project yielded a saving of 5.7 million GBP annually for the hospital. Involved in streamlining of Radiology, Imaging and Laboratories departments for the project in a timeline of 4 months to produce improvements in patient experience as well as increase process efficiency.
