• Manage the implementation of warehouse automation, digitalization & robotics projects • Develop an implementation ready layout considering business requirements / investment / productivity / time of implementation that is based on benchmarks & best practice • Validate warehouse design concepts in order to deliver the most effective machinery automation/robotics solutions • Lead the automation work stream from detailed design workshops, commissioning, testing to final acceptance

• Responsible for overall performance of the company’s EU FC (Fulfillment Center) • Monitor daily warehouse operations to determine inefficiencies/bottle-necks • Coordinate with the OPS team to take corrective actions, in order to maintain daily order fulfillment capacity and efficiency

• Coordinate the OPS team’s daily work; allocate tasks to individual team members • Supervise worker efficiency to ensure fulfillment of daily orders and completion of daily tasks • Meet regularly with suppliers to discuss any relevant issues • Source new suppliers and establish partnerships, as and when needed • Create and continuously improve warehouse SOPs and business processes • Work with company management to optimize business processes

• Manage company's technology & ongoing projects (home automation) • Manage a commissioning team of project manager(s), systems engineer(s) and technicians • Review and vet all technical documentation pertaining to projects • Oversee all solution design, project coordination, handover and post-sales support

• Coordinate the vendor selection and project implementation of Salesforce CRM for 50+ users • Streamline existing business processes & eliminate/reduce pain points • Manage functional delivery from analysis, design, implementation & rollout. • Train & test end-users • Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues • Drive platform adoption within the company(s) and share best practices with users

• Monitor the progress, issues, obstacles and achievements of the East East group of companies • Provide recommendations & decision-support analyses to the Group VP, to help define the Sales & Marketing direction of the group’s companies • Support efforts to maintain and constantly improve the competitive position of the group’s companies in the marketplace, in collaboration with the Country Managers • Assist in the analysis, management, and planning and introduction of new products

• Design-and-build project proposals for Audio, Visual & Lighting & Communications • Monitor project progress & troubleshoot key issues

• Communicate with manufacturers on a regular basis to maintain up-to-date technical documentation • Provide design-and-build services for Audio/Visual/Lighting projects • Provide technical support and documentation within dealer network
