Developed multiple projects ranging from simple WordPress sites to complex CRM and IoT systems. Collaborated with startups and DeepTech companies, helping them scale and innovate. Built blockchain-enabled platforms for growing businesses, expanded tech teams, and contributed to revenue growth through improved customer acquisition and technology optimization.

Founded the Romanian branch, opened the office, hired staff, and set the company’s technical strategy. Led a 10-member team (backend, frontend, QA, design). Planned and migrated infrastructure to AWS (2 CRMs, 15 websites), moved from FTP to Jenkins CI/CD, and standardized all projects on Laravel 5, PHP7, and Nginx. Built a microservices architecture, trained new hires, and led all key technical and infrastructure decisions.

Analyzed requirements, proposed best implementation and testing approaches, and created technical documentation. Led and supervised developers through product design, planning, development, and testing, acting as a bridge between teams and stakeholders. Shared insights on emerging technologies, maintained strong client and team relationships, and participated in candidate interviews and talent management.

Led a team of 3 developers (Scrum) and handled all European web projects, including portals, forums, and wikis for 7 games. Trained the team, created coding guidelines, and optimized development workflows. Managed launches in DE, FR, PL, IT, TR, and RU. Key projects: Neverwinter Russia (site, forums, billing), improved registration APIs (PHP, MySQL/MSSQL), and integrated payment gateways (Xsolla, Paysafecard, Boku, etc.).
