- Manage the daily commodity trade finance business (oil, steel, pulp and paper) of own client portfolio - Manage disbursement and repayment of loans, pledge and release of physical collateral, Letters of credit and Stand-by letters of credit issuing and processing - Analyse credit risk and request credit limits review, special approvals

- Perform audits in Austria, Italy and Romania on processes regulating foreign and domestic payments, treasury, derivatives, credit management, procurement, real estate transactions - Evaluate and analyse risks deriving from control deficiencies and business activities - Write audit reports for the Management including recommendations and suggestions for improvement and optimisation, monitor the implementation of corrective measures

- Measure and report service quality and customer satisfaction through researches and surveys; - Achieve 85% of external customer satisfaction through development and management of projects and personnel trainings aimed at fostering customer-centricity culture; - Save approx. 35% of the costs for customer satisfaction surveys and campaigns through tenders, negotiations and strict budget control; - Report risk events to the quarterly Risk Committee of the bank.

- Affirm the start-up company on the local consumer lending market - Determine, assess and optimize business processes performed by all company units - Assure timely implementation of the audit requirements by the action owners - Reduce the credit underwriting time by 15% and the number of bad loans by 22% by coordinating projects and efficiency initiatives, incl. budgeting, development and implementation - Real Estate, Procurement and Infrastructure management; assure the business continuity 7/7 days
