• Responsibility for the entire project development process in the broader sense, from project initiation and concept development to project management of site and project developments • Clients included public authorities, family offices, and private landowners • Site acquisition and management of the due diligence process • Development of utilization concepts including market and location analyses • Financial feasibility calculations (scenarios: revenues, costs, values) • Arrangement of project financing

While studying in the evenings, I worked during the day as a real estate investment broker. As a self-employed real estate broker specialized in the “residential” asset class, I successfully sold several multi-family houses (investment properties) in the double-digit million euro range, as well as condominiums and building plots in Vienna to institutional investors and private owners.
