Managing over 3000 physical and 10000 virtual Vodafone Turkey NFV Telco Over Cloud (TOC) systems. • Working with vCenter, ESXi, vCloud Director, vRealize Products, NSX to manage the environment. • Preparing documentation and procedures to ensure business continuity and facilitate automation. • Preparing PowerCLI scripts to automate the daily tasks and generate environment reports. • Network Component Knowledge (HSS/HLR, IMS, A-SBC, I-SBC, VGGSN, VSGSN, VMSP, etc.)

Responsible for managing VMware Turkey customer tickets (L2) and delivering optimal solutions for VMwarerelated products to ensure customer satisfaction. • Working in a solution-focused manner to provide permanent solutions for upgrade, update, and configuration issues, ensuring the longevity of implemented fixes. • Contribute to the enhancement of internal knowledge base portal articles by creating or suggesting solutions for various technical problems.

- Responsible for monitoring and managing Linux OS (RHEL), Windows Server 2008, and Windows Server 2012 across datacenters in seven factories and 37 warehouses in various cities throughout Turkey. - Manage a multi-domain environment (AD) to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across the organization. - Manage local VMs hosted on VMware ESXi hosts to optimize resource allocation and performance.

- Managing virtual and physical Windows Server 2008 & 2012 systems. - Provided system consultancy services to a semi-government company (SPL) from November 2015 to October 2016. - Provided system consultancy services to Turkey’s largest media company (Dogus Yayin Grubu – DYG - or Dogus Media Group) from February 2015 to October 2016. - VMware ESXi and VMware vCenter management. - Working with Microsoft System Center, MS Exchange and AD products to manage the environment.
