In-house counsel for AdTech company offering retargeting and user acquisition services, with offices located in Germany, the USA, the UK, Singapore, China, South Korea and Japan. - Advise on corporate and strategy matters. - Proactively address and resolve potential issues internally and working with external litigation counsels. - Review and negotiate commercial deals across various jurisdictions. - Build and improve processes, deploy tools and deliver trainings as the team grows.

Role: Assist the legal team in a DAX listed food delivery company's FinTech initiatives around the world (40+ countries), including payment, e-money and credit (buy-now-pay-later) products. - Obtaining regulatory authorizations for the rollout of Delivery Hero’s fintech initiatives globally. - Independently negotiate with third-parties, draft and review commercial contracts. - Provide product counselling in coordination with compliance teams in order to ensure regulatory compliance.

Role: Lead the commercial and technology laws practice at the firm in an outsourced in-house counsel model. - Conduct legal research and provide advice on various business issues, structuring and EU General Data Protection Regulation. - Draft, negotiate and close a variety of cross-border and domestic commercial deals and documentation, including SaaS agreements, service agreements, IP licensing agreements, reseller and channel partner agreements, consultancy agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.

Role: In-house counsel working fairly independently for the FinTech’s offices located in Singapore, India, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. - Draft, negotiate, close, and manage deals and documentation with external parties and internal teams including SaaS, service agreements, reseller and channel partner agreements, vendor contracts, consultancy agreements, non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, etc. - Conduct training for legal compliance, including EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Role: Work as an associate with the same teams at both AZB & Partners and Majmudar & Partners. - Advise on business structures, acquisition of assets, etc. Negotiate and draft contracts including employment contracts, non- disclosure agreements, service agreements, consultancy agreements, terms and conditions, escrow agreements, audit agreements, etc. - Advise on setting up solar energy projects.
