Analyze Engineering Change Notice (ECN) and implement the same to existing spare parts database. Create BOM for different models of Mercedes Benz cars by analyzing with Daimler PDM tools like Team Center and Dialog. Secure drawings and data related to spare part information through various PDM tools and software. Ensure client receives right part by maintaining accurate information of spare parts in database.

Create customized mounting kits to suit Ball and Butterfly valves. Create and maintain engineering BOM in LN ERP software. Design and detail body of Ball and Butterfly valves for various casting process. Provide general assembly drawings for Ball and Butterfly valves. Conduct quality checks in prior to product delivery. Involve in technical team meetings to gather information pertaining to engineering changes and development with respect to New Features, and Enhancements.

Detail Sheet Metal components using Solid Works. Design test fixture by considering its manufacturability. Model, design and detail, and GD&T. Involve in technical team meetings to gather information pertaining to engineering changes and development with respect to New Features, and Enhancements. Make technical decisions related to assigned area of work. Follow up with vendors for Manufacturing and Inspecting product’s parts.
