Consolidate and maintain commercial business function overview for various reporting requirements. Responsible for Business Warehouse design

Working on BW Solutions (3.5 and 7.X). Roll out for 28 countries within Coca Cola Hellenic group. BW Consolidation project. Team lead of commercial BI operations. Leading projects in commercial reporting area. Performing changes in data models; Creating new data models; Reporting based on APO, CRM and R/3 data. SAP BW development: info objects, transformations, data flows, APD, ABAP routines, includes, function modules, process chains, ABAP programs

Work in a dynamic, ever- changing environment; listen to customers, understand and help them; use effectively both verbal and written medium for communication; provide an appropriate solution for applications used in Coco Cola – first level of support for SAP Basis, troubleshooting basic issues with Sales and Distribution system running on AS400, supporting internal ticketing system.
