OSCE Ministerial Council in Vienna: - Accompany and supervise the Head of Delegations and delegation members from arrival to departure - Coordination of bilateral meetings between delegations - Ensuring the spatial orientation of the delegation in the Hofburg complex and throughout the conference proceedings - Clarification of any further questions throughout the conference - Transmission of information to the delegation - Coordination with the vehicle fleet management and the security escort

-Support in recruiting activities of various positions -Support during annually recurring HR processes -Facilitate culture of sharing and adopt global best practice -Coordination and support in problem solving of operational HR tasks, also providing direction to various departments -Ownership of projects (e.g.: streamlining HR processes for the implementation in flagship stores globally) -Driving communication of projects, processes and policies to relevant stakeholders
