Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer stage within Dell EMEA Talent Acquisition. Hiring for IT Services, System Integration, Dell Software Group, Procurement and Global Financial Services. Point of contact for business leaders and internal & external candidates. Sourcing, screening & interviewing applicants, negotiating offers. Conducting competency based interviewing providing trainings to hiring managers. Representing company on external jobfairs.

Supporting recruitment activities of Talent Acquisition Department covering EMEA region. Participation in hiring for Global Sales Operations Department and Dell Software Group in Ostrava. Review of applicants, direct search, language assessment, pre-selection & pre-screening of candidates, organisation of interviews, delivering feedback. Active participation in various projects (job fairs, local branding activities, on-site events).

Translation and proof reading of English and German legal texts and contracts. Back-office and front-office duties.

Statistics and KPI performance measurement for Sales and Business Development Department. Reporting and analysis of key accounts and most profitable territories and products. Business improvement projects. Cooperation with HR department (appraisals, training records, induction forms).

Coordination of warranty and out-of-warranty service of hardware products (servers, desktops, laptops, printers, plotters, multifunctional devices) for trademarks Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Lenovo, OKI. Personal, phone and email communication with retailers and end users, managing claims. Order fulfilment and online shop management. Phone customer support for users of Allegro software solution in the insurance sector.
