My main responsibilities include: - Delivering seminars for undergraduate level modules. - Guiding class discussions during seminars. - Supporting students for submitting assessments and projects. - Grading students work via Turnitin.

-Dealing with worldwide airline company's customer inquiries. -Researching the EC regulations, US DOT regulations and company’s policies. -Researching databases (SAP, Amadeus) to retrieve passenger information. -Managing, analysing and interpreting quantitative data. -Examining claims and refunds, negotiating settlements and processing financial payments. -Communicating with review teams and specialists of European markets to ensure prompt financial decisions. -Working in a target driven environment.

As an administration assistant my main role was to support accounting department with the following: - Analysis of the competition using Sage 50 to compare the amount and the frequency of customers' orders - Preparation of high volume of commercial invoices, delivery notes, packing lists, credit notes, and other accounting documentation by using Sage 50.
