• Manage the Project Team (8 people) responsible for processes automation and optimization in Finance Department (Project Management, BI, RPA) • Review areas for improvement making appropriate recommendations • Prepare Roadmap for Finance Applications development • As a BI team lead, partner across the company to drive the strategies in the areas of Power BI Report Development • Manage Finance Stream in SAP implementation project

• Manage IT programs and projects Portfolio for Corporate Functions (Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Corporate Communication, Legal, Facilities Management etc.) • Direct the development of reporting around the IT portfolios, programs and projects. Define and deliver action-oriented portfolio scorecards, metrics, governance. • Engage with and conduct regular reviews with IT executives to validate and assess the project portfolio, execute change, and reprioritize to meet business needs as required.

• Manage Finance Application Portfolio, build Roadmap in conjunction with business and IT cross-functional stakeholders • Business \ Finance Projects Management (SAP implementation in adidas Ukraine, Local Rent Application re-platforming, Electronic documents flow (with vendors and customers), IFRS’16 implementation) • Global Rollouts management \ support (Fast Close, Ariba, Marketplace) • Manage Competence Team (10 people) responsible for FICO users support, processes optimization and project management

• Serve as single point of contact to Finance Department (Accounting, Controlling, Audit) in IT, facilitate new demand • Monitor KPI/incidents and coordinate respective team for resolution and improvements • Provide expertise in finance processes, ETE System Landscape & touchpoints, Local Applications, Local BI/Reporting • Partner with global process experts, IT regional hub / GIT process masters, local web app or local BI team to create and deliver an aligned solution with right tech process, architecture

• Participate in SAP Rollout done by Global Team (FICO functionality) • Post-implementation End Users support and Incidents management, interfaces maintenance • Deliver Change Requests and prepare the functional specifications for the developers if development is required
