 Leading projects and portfolios of $ multi-million projects with different duration  Involved in complex projects about transition and transformation of servers and data  Managing teams from 20 to 50 employees globally including large offshore and third party contractors  Experience as a PMO manager, responsible for overall program support/compliance with more than 200 people involved in the program in over 25 projects

 Involved in all stages of Software Development Life Cycle  Worked closely with clients (mainly US middle and large size game studios) to identify their requirements  Produced and maintained project management plans together with developers and designers ( a team of 15 people)  Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology

 Responsible for projects about company extension globally (new markets achieved in over 30 countries on 4 continents)  Leaded a team of junior project managers (10 people)  Analyses of projects’ KPI and advised if a project should be continued or terminated  Daily communications with local teams and contractors (in more than 30 countries)  Presentations and reports for the company’s Board of Directors

• Market research for potential suppliers/buyers and goods • Analysing the current market prices • Making contacts between suppliers and buyers • Negotiating prices and concluding the final deals • Dealing with export/import procedures and documentations

 Involved in multiple projects (50-500K euro) in real estate industry  Communication (online and face-to-face) with clients (UK and Germany) to identify their needs  Experience with procurement and third party suppliers  Reports and analyses on the current market trends
