Recruiting -In 2 years the company has grown twice, conducted about 2.000 interviews; HR management (hired, transferred, dismissed, made accounting and documentation of vacations; maintained of personnel files and labour record books of employees; Took part in the discussion of the salary strategy with the management of the company; Tutored 2 HR managers.

Supported an office-life of about 50 employees, solved administrative issues, got skills in the registration of the company, organised of office's repair, prepared the lease contracts, worked with a business correspondence, organised corporate events etc.
