Writing reporting and briefing papers and making presentations, being involved into budgets & accounts.

Duties: 1. Cataloguing the acquisitions according to the library standards in excess of planned rate 2. Entering the information about new books in the database by the means of the library’s software - “Irbis” 3. Creating and printing out catalogue cards 4. Accession the items into the catalogue 5. Maintaining accurate data on materials I was working there on summer (during vacations) while studying at school.
