- Work closely with the CEO - Coordinate all Executive Team meetings, assist with staff meetings, events as needed - Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the Executive Team. Complete projects by assigning work to appropriate staff, including the Executive Team, on behalf of the CEO. - Invest in building long-lasting relationships both externally and internally.

One of my fields of expertise was the care for our international and regular customers: to consult them personally, through phone, e-mail or social media. When a costumer had a special wish regarding our brands, my responsibility was to fulfil it, or find the best possible solution for the costumer and the company. My day-to-day errands included tracking the sales processes and making new products orders, which I also had to present on our social media and in the stores.

Administrative tasks like ordering merchandise (clothes, shoes, accessories) and contacting suppliers. Decorating windows and store interior. We worked with following fashion brands: Diane Von Furstenberg, Donna Karan New York, Victoria Beckham, Missoni, Betty Barclay, Ash, Twin-Set Simona Barbieri, ...

Administrative tasks. Communication with clients from Croatia and abroad, primarily from German speaking area.
