Duties: • Holding interviews with candidates. Taking active part in newcomers training and project teams forming. • Providing technical support and guidelines for project teams as well as leading my own one. • Working on a daily basis with another company's technical departments in order to optimize and improve our products. • Working closely with a contractor company in order to give them right understanding of our products and supervise their work.

Duties: • Supervise and lead ETL optimization projects, devise optimum and scalable solutions. • Design, rebuild and optimize ETL modules and Data Warehouse solutions. • Implement, support and enhance complex OLAP solutions with a multiple/linked measure groups, many-to-many dimensions, complex calculations, etc. • Participation in business meetings and negotiations with our clients in order to provide technical assessment and optimum solutions for their requirements.

Thesis: Creation of a software processor model with a set of simplified instructions, which could be used for training purposes. University was using the software as a part of a microprocessor architecture course to teach students the basics of low-level programming.

Thesis: Development of a hardware device to convert and archive input signals from analog sensors recording processes prolonged in time, e.g. weather station sensors. Information compression by means of recording only the signal time and measuring value.
