Project leader on all new product and variant projects from 1998 till July’2007 including first fuel injection bike in India. Led the cross functional team for successful development of approach for 2-wheeler for physically handicapped persons. Re-engineered & validated the Engine and Transmission components to address market complaints and reduce the variety of parts Worked on SIAM core group on Product recycling and design modification for compliance with EEC Directive.
