- Knowledge of commodity tax classification and interpretation of Customs Regulations in respect of fines related to importation; - Issue and review analytical reports and comparative performance indicators and KPIs informing all the steps and process measurements , aiming to satisfy and meet customer lead time ; - Participation in the development and decision making in the tactical and operational planning , development of solutions management processes with optimization of workflows ;

- Coordination of import shipment ( air / sea / road ) - Monitoring of the whole Supply Chain, contact the agencies and companies involved in the process (freight forwarder and airline / sea , carriers , etc. ) ; - Customer service, coordination, monitoring , control, follow -up , reporting, monitoring processes ; - Experience total domination throughout the import process relating to administrative aspects , and customs brokers ;
