My activities concentrate around deployment of the CM target capabilities, ensuring CM process quality, guiding aircraft technical CM decision process, industrialize operational CM also early identify and mitigate CM risks. Plan and coordinate of CM corrective activities in co-operation with the Configuration Managers.

Liaison with design engineers in order to establish the most cost-effective design methods, monitoring and than endorsing to the Engineering new aircraft manufacturing technologies and alternative materials, analyzing and simplifying manufacturing methods for Do 728 aircraft. Set-up and maintenance of the Design to Cost data-base. Stipulate support to the Procurement in order to evaluate the commercial aspect of the vendor’s quotation also providing the technical support

Liaised with Production and Engineering departments in order to resolve in – house and vendor technical problems and facilitate improvement opportunities in manufacturing of the high tech. Global Express aircraft. Developed manufacturing plans based on the product strategy further to resource planning and program scheduling. Involved in control over aircraft Configuration Management.

Being part of the management team involved in production of Dash – 8 aircraft being in charge of the wing and vertical stabilizer assembly lines. Managed the crew to meet tight schedules, quality and cost requirements.  Coordinated the component assembly line with other departments to meet internal and external customers demands. Involved in the Cost Reduction Program by re-organizing the component assembly flow.
